Where are the Official Custodian’s accounts published?
Up to the accounts for year ended 31 March 2006, the Official Custodian’s accounts were included in the Charity Commissioners’ Annual Reports. Under section 2(9) of the Charities Act 1993, the Commission shall publish and present a copy of the Official Custodian’s accounts to the Minister who tables it before Parliament.
