Where are the needles placed during the acupuncture treatment?
The exact placement of the needles depends on the condition being treated. With Micro Acupuncture treatment, needles are gently inserted in the forehead, hands and feet. When traditional Chinese points are used, the needles are placed in the forehead, face, hands, legs and feet. Sometimes needles are connected to a very low electrical current to further stimulate the pathways.
