Where are the livable 3Bd-2Bth homes in DeKalb County, GA, for $30,000 or less?
I am seeking an inexpensive, livable home in DeKalb that requires cosmetic repairs only. As long as my family and I can live in the home, I do not mind minor repairs. We are not trying to impress anybody w/our home; we simply want a modest, livable place to lay our heads, where we can feel safe. I have been doing most of this research myself because I am not yet represented by an agent. I have finally encountered an agent who was nice enough to answer some questions and give me some listings. Feeling a debt of loyalty, I have asked that agent to represent me. I want to make it easy for the agent to help me, particularly since the commission potential is low. However, I still want excellent representation. I welcome opinions, advice, and insights.
