The goods is physically being held at the carrier’s warehouse used by the vendor from which the goods have been purchased. The goods will remain at the carrier’s warehouse until they have been released by Canada Customs and Revenue Agency (CCRA). It is the University’s custom broker who will be sending the required documentats to CCRA on behalf on the University.
