One location is in Eloy, Arizona. It is run by Corrections Corporation of America (Eloy-CCA). It houses about 1,000 detainees awaiting deportation hearings and 500 detained by the federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP) also awaiting deportation hearings. Four U.S. Immigration Judges sit in Eloy.
