Where are the CCWD Water Treatment Plants?
CCWD has two treatment plants. The Bollman facility is at 2015 Bates Rd, Concord, the Randall-Bold facility is located at 3760 Neroly Rd., Oakley. Please indicate on the registration form which facility you would like to visit. At times, construction or operational concerns will prevent one of the plants from being used for the school program.
