Where Are the Books/Items Shelved in Moffett Library/Maps?
There are maps which show the floor locations of the different areas of the building in the Reference Department on 1st floor as well as online at the following website http://library.mwsu.edu/maps.asp To locate a book you need three (3) things; the location, the call number and the status.Each book in Voyager has those three (3) things listed on the brief record. In the above example the location of this book is the (Book Collection) That is the largest of the seventy+ (70+) locations/sublocations in Moffett Library. The (Book Collection) is the only collection that is so large that it cannot fit on a single floor.Half of the (Book Collection) is located on the 2nd floor.If your book has a call number beginning with the letters A,B,C,D,E,F,G,H,J,K,L,or M, your book is located on the 2nd floor.If your item is located in the (Book Collection) and its call number begins with N,O,P,Q,R.S,T,U,V, or Z, it will be found on the 3rd floor.All of the other locations in the building are all loca
