Where are the Best Spa for Couples Treatments in Portland, Oregon?
I slipped fell down a flight of stairs a few months ago, wrenching my mid-back and nearly dislocating my right shoulder. Big painful ouch! For two months I suffered from a lot of residual pain, loss of range of motion and weakening in my shoulder and back. Although I have had many massages in my life, I delayeg going because I have been working 10-12 hours a day, six days a week, I had not gotten in to a massage or doctor or help of any kind. My Bad.Finally, at the urging of my wife – I came into Equilibria and got an massage – how was it? Fabulous! Absolutely fabulous! The massage was perfect, and the massage therapist spent most of her time working and releasing the binds on my back and shoulder. Now, after my second massage – I feel fabulous, I am almost at 100% again, and I am so grateful for the healing philosophy, expertise and intuitive touch.I’ll keep going back to Equilibria and I will be sending all of my friends there too!Namaste!Jonathan LoganPros + Mas
This has to be one of the best facials I’ve ever gotten. Lacey was very informative and offered great tips on taking care of my skin. She didn’t push any products on me and seemed very genuine in her advice as to how I could best maintain my skin between appointments. I booked another appointment right then and there! I loved my skin post facial and unlike some facials I’ve gotten in the past, my skin looked and felt amazing. Oh and the warm booties…AMAZING!My only suggestion would be that mirrors be installed in the treatment rooms for those that receive facials and don’t get directed to the restroom after their treatment. After my facial was completed, I was left to get dressed and try and make myself look presentable enough to walk out into the lobby to pay and walk onto NW 23rd unaware of what I looked like. I felt a little self conscious already with bare face, but to not know if I had red blotchy skin and hair faux pas was a little frustrating and sort of sent me out
I’m a massage therapist and have received numerous massages and facials. I highly recommend Beau Soleil for both. Shura is an excellent LMT, whether you want relaxation or therapy. She can get in there deep if you need it. Both Pat and Evie are amazing estheticians. I have extremely sensitive skin and I’m sure I have been an annoying pain in the you know what, with my million and one questions about ingredients, but they have never said a word, are incredibly knowledgeable about what they use and treat me like a queen. I appreciate looking younger when I leave and they are both great conversaionalists and will also just shut up if I want quiet. Besides all that, what I like best about their facials is how willing they are to customize the products and techniques they use to suit me, as an individual. You won’t get a cookie cutter facial or massage!The spa is very small, which makes it nice and quiet and personable, as mentioned above. It is easy to get to, no matter what dire
