Where are the Best Signature Drinks in Boston, Massachusetts?

I went the Tiki Room and had fun, but I wouldn’t make it an all the time thing. You definately pay for the atmosphere, because for three pu pu platters, a scorpion bowl, a pina colada, and two shots, it was around $160. And that was with 10% off. I don’t recommend the drinks there if you have a high tolerance; there’s not much alcohol in there. The food was alright, we had the Fenway and Classic Pu Pu, and then the S’mores Pu Pu, which I definately recommend. The quesadilla, buffalo wings, and egg rolls were the best. I don’t recommend the Peking dumplings. Also, the waitress didn’t give us our leis until the end of the meal, and we had to ask. I’d probably go back only occasionally or for a group night out.Cons – Parking, Price

Located in the former Loews Cheri cinema, this sprawling subterranean hangout offers various activities to a diverse clientele. By day, an all-ages crowd relaxes while enjoying games of 10-pin bowling. Come nightfall, the scene heats up as the kids go home and the socialites arrive, bringing with them lengthy waits for open tables and lanes. Friendly servers do their best not to interfere with any of the action. Kings’ calling card is bowling, spread out over 16 regulation-sized lanes. Pricey shoe rental and game fees mean the fun doesn’t come cheap, but never will you bowl in such a stylish, futuristic setting (computerized consoles enable players to track scores). To pass the time, those waiting for a lane play video games or dine in the retro Kings Restaurant (think meat loaf and mai tais).High Marks* “…I live and work down the street and go in at least 2 times a week with my co-workers after work. Went there for the first time this weekend for dinner. Everyone in the group thought the food was very good. They also play some pretty good music – but not too loud – so you can hear just fine. The only downside was that the waiter we had was really lousy. He wasn’t a jerk or anything, just many little things done poorly, too many to write about here. Perhaps he was new or was just having a bad night, so I’ll give them the benefit. In brief, I would go back.Pros + food, ambianceCons – service

I love the Cactus Club. I’ve had my fair share of happy hour get togethers here, and keep coming back.First off, just go order the Horni Margarita. It’s my drink of choice at Cactus. If you sit in the bar area, grab some half price appetizers Monday-Thursday from 4-7pm. I love the empanadas personally. The one time I sat in the dining room, the service was awful. Our waitress abandoned us multiple times (while waiting to order, while waiting for the bill, and while waiting for her to come pick up the bill so we could leave), and each time came back and said that she just forgot about us. One time she let us know she had gone out back for a cigarette. Great. After that, I haven’t sat in the dining room again. Instead I opt for the bar area. Grab a high top, a margarita, and enjoy the fast service and good food and drinks!Pros + selection of margaritas, delicious chips and salsaCons – rare to find parking, dining room service can be slow

Went to Lucky’s Lounge for the first time Monday night with one of my girlfriends. I live in Southie and they’re definitely getting a new regular in me. I had the steak tips and they were absolutely delicious, by far the best I’ve had in a while. The waitress was charming and took quite good care of us and that was even before she knew the it was our first time. When she did find out she explained about how they have live music on some nights. I’m already making plans to come in for Sinatra Sunday soon! It’s a great place to come in a just relax. My only cons are no live music on Mondays and I couldn’t find it at first (no sign) but later in the evening I realized that no sign is part of Lucky’s charm.Pros + No SignCons – No Sign, No live music on Mondays
