Where are the Best Pilates in Dallas, Texas?
This is the perfect gym for any woman that is serious about getting healthy, staying fit and most importantly, keeping a positive outlook. You never have to worry about sweaty men and super competetive girls that make you feel bad for the carbs you ate last night. The staff is genuine and truly tailors your workout to fit your needs. The most amazing part is you don’t have to pay extra for a personal trainer. The infra red saunas are amazing and do exactly what they advertise. I noticed my complection clearing up and my skin feeling smoother in just the 3 day trail period that they offer. I highly recommend the saunas! When I go to Sedona my typical trip goes like this: First I go in the tanning bed for about 8 mins, then I try and do a quick cardio before class starts. Class usually goes for about an hour but, people come and go as they please. After class I like to sit in the sauna, listen to music, read a magazine, and completely RELAX! This is by fa
This place is amazing. From the moment you walk in, you can see it is heads above the rest. The free Wi-FI on their PC?s ( or yours) that are placed around the gym and the free towel service caught my attention first. Then I saw the INDIVIDUAL screens on each cardio machine so I can watch the show I want anytime while working out without having to vote with 5 others for the screen above us. The free weights and machine room is SERIOUS and so are the trainers. The classes are abundant and the rooms huge for classes! The thing that I found most unique was as I was leaving I ran into one of my G-Friends that is pregnant and she was doing a pre natal workout with a trainer. Clearly something for everyone! Wow! Print out the coupon and try it for free. VERY cool and a MUST try!Pros + Something for everyone!!!!!Cons – None. They have other locations under other names, so ask.
