Service, food and the bar atmosphere was fun. What made it even better besides the delicious food and cocktails was the exceptional service. We have been going hear since they have been open for over 10 years. They cater out family events and we bring our family and friends to Plaza to eat because it is affordable and they always have a buy one get one free coupon on their website. My entire family would highly recommend Plaza for a good night out!Pros + The homemade flour tortillas and the enchiladas and mojitosCons – none

As with any business, Carmelitas’s should ensure that only their most customer oriented, best spoken, and pleasant staff are assigned to answer phones, interact with their customers and ensure that they provide consistant responses to issues like “reservations”. I attempted to make reservations 1 week before the event only after reading that they accept reservations and I was bounced around from one non-english speaking person to another being told that they in fact don’t take reservations. Then I wanted to clarify what their least busiest times were and I might as well been speaking a foreign (non-spanish) language and I was subjected to being passed from one non-english speaker to another. I appreciate the Spanish culture and the flavor it brings to our culture, but if you want to do business and live in the U.S. maybe you should learn to speak our language and learn a little about our culture in addition to your own.Frustrated in Fair Oaks!
