Where are the Best Margarita in Hartford, Connecticut?
I have been coming here for years. And we keep going back even though we have only one real complaint, the service. Majority of the time the service is lacking, and it could be for a variety of reasons. But it isn’t enough to stop us from going back. The food is good, I usually dine from the Chuck’s menu while my husband chooses the Mexican dishes. Our little one enjoys it, and plan on spending a chunk of change if you choose to dine there. But their drinks are good, their food is good, their desserts are great, and it is a nice atmosphere. Pros + food, drinks, atmosphereCons – service, crowds
Having grown up with a Polish grandmother cooking my polish-oriented cuisine, I had high expectations walking in the door. The atmosphere is kitchy, but very typical – large bar, wooden bench booths, super friendly Polish speaking staf. Most importantly, the food is fantastic. The pierogi (cabbage and potato), kielbasa, kapusta, and golumpki are all delicious and definitely homemade.Pros + Inexpensive
While driving to New York on a Midnight Run someone told me about this place. Friends from Planfield met us and we headed down Route 9. Arrived to a packed place on a beautiful spring night. 1 hour/15 minutes later we were seated. Friendly folks, great atmosphere and good food. Best Margarita my friend has ever had. WE will be back! Just try not to get the booth by the heads. Lines create and could be an issue for some.Pros + You can be as loud as you wantCons – booth by the heads not pleasant
