Do not eat here, because I don’t want to give you the secret of THE BEST mexican food in Charlotte. I have tried tons of Mexican Resturants in Charlotte and SALSA is by far the best. First off, the salsa you get when you sit down is the best, chips are always fresh & hot, not your bagged type. Great Lunch Deals!! Great Drink Specials!! Most importantly the service is outstanding… friendly and AUTHENTIC! The Fajitas are perfect everytime. My personal favorite is the Taco Salads becuse you get a free cheese dip with it, and its so cheap. That’s the best part, great awesome food, great value, authentic, and so good. After you eat here you will want to add a better review then I have just written. Enjoy, Eat Drink. OLAY!! Rodi has wonderful food, great service, a funky atmosphere, and great music. The owner has a true love of music and is especially fond of local and regional artists. This is one of my favorite restaurants and is well worth a drive from Charlotte. So get your nose out of the air, drive across the county line , and check it out. Very nice clean restaurant. Great service from (Susan?) who was delightful. My wife had Margarita Chicken which she said was extremely good + fresh steamed vegetables. I had a Bean Burger which was OK + steamed vegetables.Highly recommended for fast charming service. I was so disappointed in the lack of vegetarian choices – doubtless a corporate decision. That said we were happy with Chili’s, Huntersville
