Where are the Best French Fries in Minneapolis, Minnesota?

The pork chops are huge, impressive, and way tasty. Being quite large, there is no possible way they could be cooked to order in the time afforded an average patron for dinner. Consequently they are cooked earlier and stored. This seems odd, but it is a common practice with large cuts of meat. Ok, so… I received *my* chop and it was barely warm which was unfortunate because I was quite excited. I sent it back to be reheated and it returned a bit browner but still not warm enough. I almost suggested it be brought up to a core temp of at least 150f but elected to finish it as is. If this chop was to temperature, it would have been the best one I have ever had. The apple and yam side was amazing however the rosemary garnish mildly reeked of mildew. It is the opinion of this writer that a bit more attention to the details would propel this restaurant’s stellar menu to new heights.

When I first looked at the outside of this small liitle nook as I was looking for a space to park I was questioning how DDD could have fit there cameras and Guy’s big mouth in there. All 10 tables were full at 2 PM. Luckily the friendly patrons at the bar were accommodating enough to my brother-in-law allow us to sit next to each other taking the last two seats. The staff were very friendly. The fries were outstanding. I usually salt and need a dipping sauce. I ate half of them without ketchup. The highlight of course was the Juicy Lucy (Nookie) (Paul Molitor version).. I plan on returning with my older daughter and her fiance. I am gojing to challenge him to take the challenge with me. I want to let everyone know I got some nookie.Pros + Great Burgers, Great Fries, Great Selection of Beers., friendly staff.Cons – Not in my home town.

This malt and burger are FANTASTIC! I also love the cherry phosphates and the french fries. Make sure to get the burger with grilled onions. Also, if you like lettuce and tomato, ask for it. This is a good place to bring young children. I will agree that the service MUST be fine tuned; however, my priority is good food and this is great. The host was friendly.Pros + Food, Malts, Kid-friendlyCons – SLOW service, Bad waiting area

We spent a birthday dinner at Harry’s before going to a show at the Fine Line. The ambiance was bland and the lighting terrible, as we were seated in the front room by the door, very cold in the winter too.The waitress, obviously not concerned due to the obligatory 15% added to groups of 8 or more, was unattentive. She did not bring salads before the meal, the food was cold and the scallops not cooked through. Since she did not bother to check, and we had a show to get to, so we were left unsatisfied. In addition, despite the gifts and toasting, she didn’t bother to recognize the birthday, which at most restaurants would be obvious. The only positive thing iabout the restaurant s free parking. As for the waitress, she ordered us a cab. Thanks Marcy!Pros + ParkingCons – Service, food
