A nice place to stop after work for a drink and an appetizer. The entrees are pedestrian, although just fine for the price. The lighter fare…

I love the average pub- uncrowded, but with regular patrons who have great personalities. The bar tender was friendly and easygoing. So unpretentious, and carefree. This is how you should enjoy a beer and good conversation. If you are looking for a quiet bar to relax, you found it.Pros + No long wait for drink, and friendly staffCons – Not for someone looking for happening bar scene

Fuddrucker’s is a high quality restaurant, foodwise. There ts no table service which is a bit odd considering the prices for a burger. It is a wonderful burger though and well worth your having to pick it up yourself when it’s ready. That’s right! They actually cook to order. They also bake their rolls on site. And what rolls they are. It is not stretching the imagination to say that the rolls are as good as the burgers. In fact, we even pick up a dozen everytime we stop in to take home with us. I have only been there approx. 6 times because the nearest one is about 40 miles in any direction. If I know we’re going to be in the vicinity of one, I make sure that’s where we will have lunch that day. I haven’t found a burger anywhere even half as good as here.Pros + delicious burgers, variety of toppings, best buns aroundCons – a bit pricey, no table service

This place has absolutely the best pit beef in all of MD. Pit ham and turkey are very good as well but I suggest sticking with the beef. BBQ sauce is great as well.Pros + PIT BEEF!Cons – no eat-in space

JD’s Smokehouse Bar & Grill on the Canton Square is the place to go for an amazing sandwich. They smoke their own meats–like brisket, pulled pork, turkey, etc.. The portions are huge, and all sandwiches are served with seasoned fries. They even bring you a six pack of sauces to dress the sandwiches yourself. Definitely try the mac’n’cheese wedges, they are one of a kind. Service was great, lots of tvs, and the beer was cold. We went on a thursday night and drank buckets of light beer for $8. Definitely would recommend this place!
