The Action:Let me just say that I am one of the most responsible people I know with money. This bank has the nerve to charge me 10 NSF fees at $38 a piece because my Checking account drops into the red (I guess it dosent matter that I signed up for overdraft protection which draws from my savings when this happens). So, my account should have never dropped below 0, now that they have charged me almost $400 dollars I make some more transactions not knowing that my account was negative.The customer service responce:The bank refunds the original $400 dollar problem after about a week of bickering with them! In this timeframe I make more transactions that (of course) charge more NSF fees. I call customer service to resolve this issue and they tell me that there is nothing that they can do to correct this because I knew that I didn’t have overdraft protection! The reason that these new fees were placed on my account wasn’t because I needed overdraft protection, it was because the
I just became a rep for this company just a little bit a go and i have got to say that it has changed my life around so much. It really is the best thing that has ever happened for me!
