Where are the Best Exotic Drinks in Nashville, Tennessee?
I took some out of town friends there back in Febuary, without trying it myself first! I was really happy with the experience. The food was DELICIOUS, and the interior was really cool. I had the Pom-Mojito and it was SOOOO good. We went back a couple weeks later and had another good experience. The food is different and yummy! I had the cupcake trio dessert and it was SOOOO good! Especially the Bananas Foster one! My friend had the smores and they were good too! I recommend this place and can’t wait to go back! I just wish it was a little cheaper, b/c after drinks and ordering things a la carte, my bf and I can’t seem to get out of there under $60 dollars! Those mojitos are so good I can’t stop at one! The service was decent, not excellent, but not horrible. I think the first time we went they didn’t give us silverware, and then after the meal they took it away even though we had ordered dessert! So we had to ask a 2nd time in one meal for eating utensils! But it wasn’t
I really enjoyed this restaurant. The food is great, and so is the service. It looks like the service gets some bad reviews here, but I felt that the staff was awesome when challenged by a task that is clearly not part of their usual routine. My boyfriend and I went on a Friday night, and had kind of an interesting request. On our way to the restaurant, we passed some kids who were throwing rocks at cars as they drove by. One got our car, and left a HUGE dent. We decided to call the police, since they were throwing them hard enough to really do some damage. Of course, we didn’t know the non-emergency police number, so when we arrived at mirror, we asked for a table and the non-emergency police number. Yeah, we got funny looks but the hostess didn’t miss a beat. She suggested some numbers that she thought it was and found a phone book and looked it up to be sure. The staff really went above and beyond to accomodate our unusual request and didn’t quit until the police were called and I w
Had an early dinner on a Friday evening about 5pm. The Rosepepper is set in a trendy district in East nashville, unfortunately surrounded by less than savory neighborhoods. Parking is a little scarce but findable. The big drawing card is the atmosphere. This resteraunt seems styled after La Zona Rosa Cafe in Austin. The service is fine and the food palatable, but unremarkable. There are many other small Mexican Resteraunts in Nashville with better authentic Tex Mex. The food isn’t bad, but it is nothing to write home about. I was happy to see Green sauce brought out with the Nachos. You get 3 sauce choices a green sauce, Hot Salsa and a mild sweet salsa. The green sauce was a little thin and had just a tad too much coelantro but was good. The hot sauce did its job, and the sweet mild was very good. I ordered the Chicken Fajitas which were a little bland but the meat was lean with no gristle and edible. The black beans and rice were OK. To sum it up it was good service, OK food and a gr
The Tin Roof has this laid-back atmosphere that lets you just chill… Their food is good, not just bar food but their lunches too. On a nice day you can have your lunch at the patio. Their service is alright but the bartenders are really nice and friendly. Now on Wednesdays at 10PM, you can listen to Henry and the Seahawks. The Tin Roof is a nice place to check out when you’re in Nashville.
