Where are the Best Electronics in Portland, Oregon?
Customer service…what does that really mean. Most retailers believe that it has something to do with great salesmanship or making the buying experience pleasant…all good and well. But not enough for some…that’s where Kurt Doslu and the folks at Echo Audio come in. I’m an audio nut of 30+ years and even at the best stores I’ve been in there is always a distance between the sales folk and you…just a bit of mistrust that you might break something or that what you’re trading in may have been in one of their friends apartments last night…not these folks. Friendly and helpful doesn’t cut it for a description. There was a problem with an amp that I bought and Kurt bent over backwards to make it right…never seen service like that before..ever. Offered door to door delivery of a replacement piece while apologizing for the inconvenience…what inconvenience?It’s difficult for me to even find the words to describe what a great experience working with this crew has been.
