We went to Heaven on a Friday night. Parking is a little awkward, but it’s Poineer Square and that’s expected. The Door Guy was cordial if not friendly, and we were into the club in less than a minute. Be careful on the stairs… especially if you’ve already been drinking. The club is really cool, with a lobby, restrooms, and coat check before you walk into the main dance/bar area. We were barhopping, so restrooms near the entrance were a big help, and WOW! Those are great restrooms. I thought the guys restroom was great and the girls seemed even more impressed than me. We finally got into the main room and to the bar. Service was quick, drinks were tasty and eventually we got to the dancefloor. THe music was a kinda old school radio hip hop and new top 40/R&B dance mix. It was good… our girls were happy. The crowd was really diverse and there were some SMOKIN’ hot chickas there. We stayed most of the rest of the night before headed off for last call to a place that stayed open late

Well i went to chop suey for the first time about a week ago or so and i liked it! It wasnt special, but it wasnt bad. As you can tell from the name its an asian themed club, i liked the decor, it was nice. It was really easy to get to, i had no idea how to get there, then looked it up and found out i only need one bus to get there. The size of the venue is good, its not to big, but not to small at the same time. Big enough to have extra room, but small enough to be an intimate concert. The sound was good, they had fans going which was nice. Overall it was a good venue, i would go back again!!!Pros + Easy to get too, good size

any of Fremonts changes are for the better, like the recent management change at ToST. The most noticeable change is the service. The staff is more friendly and skilled than before but they havent acquired that production feeling of larger places. They still provide live music six nights a week and display art work from local artists, and the atmosphere is still that of a small, chic local spot. The down side is that it fills up fast, which I guess is good because that means theyll be around a while.Pros + hip and local, live music, full bar!Cons – fills up fast

The best things about the Rose is that it is where I met the love of my life, and the bartenders are great. I just looked at the calendar for March 07 and there is only one DJ night. Hey, we girls want to dance and have fun with our special girl or meet our special girl, whatever the case may be.My girl and I were going to Traxx in Kent because every Friday and Saturday or special ocassion there was a DJ and dancing. A couple of weeks ago my love and I went to the Rose on a Friday night because I guess Traxx is out of buisness, so we drove to the Rose with a friend and the entertainment was a few girls playing pool and a tacky juke box. No one talks to anyone unless they know each other from some where else. We were always treated kindly at Traxx and I miss it already. The Rose has so much potential and could be a blast and a very cool place to hang out, but I guess we will be going to the guys bars to dance and have a good time.If you want help ask us gurls(girls) we would
