Where are the Best DJs in San Jose, California?
We went to the NYE party, too and experienced the same dinner problem…other than dinner, though, we had a great time. To Avalon’s credit, the owners called and apologized for the situation..which had to do with an outside caterer and was, admittedly, out of their control. They invited us (and all the other NYE dinner guests) to a complimentary dinner and dance scheduled specifically to make up for that night. I think this says a lot about Avalon and its management. Most other places would take your money and never look back. The management at Avalon has taken the time and effort to personally contact everyone and to assure that, ultimately, their customers were compensated. I think that shows incredible class and customer service and I will definitely be coming back.Pros + Great Music, Parking, Nice Mgmnt & StaffCons – Late Dinner, Understaffed
Fahrenheit is a pretty decent place to lounge around and have some fusion and drinks. The decor is nice but I have to agree that if you’re here to dance there’s not much to work with. Out of most downtown San Jose, Fahrenheit is probably one of the more classier places to visit. The food is surprisingly not bad. The menu of small plates is pretty good. The drinks are overpriced but they definitely are worth it. I HIGHLY recommend the mojitos! Do check out that happy hour!
