High quality high flavor burgers unique to Seattle. If youre in the mood for something good to take home or to a nearby park plan at least 30 minutes to get your grub unless youre eating at an odd time and the weathers crummy.I usually place my order by phone but if the place is crammed they wont answer the phone. So dont get your heart set on it unless youre willing to wait in line for 10 minutes to place your order and then wait for 20 minutes while it makes its way to the grill and then the bun.The Phinney Ridge Mill is about 10 blocks from Greenlake the west edge of the park where you can sit without being hit by a basefootsoccer ball. The Queen Ann Mill is really on Interbay but its on the way to Discovery Park which has some lovely picnic spots.

We’ve considered Fremont Pizza one of our favorite places for years now. There is no where else in Seattle to enjoy such a solid, tasty Italian menu at such reasonable prices. For a few visits over the past years, we did experience the occasional off night, where the pizza flavor seemed to be missing something, or 1 visit where the service was so atrocious I ended up emailing the restaurant to complain. We noticed last night when we visited that the place has been taken over by a longtime employee, while the original owner has moved on to explore different venues. With this change of management seems to have also brought a correction to any inconsistencies. Everything about our experience was right on – From being seated promptly and courteously, to fast, but not overbearing service (our server was OUTSTANDING). The food was excellent from appetizer (calamari di friti with red pepper and garlic aioli that is so wonderful, we wiped the container with the last piece of calamari a

I personally love their burgers (& I love that you can’t use their name in the review because it’s inappropriate) and shakes, and the employees there are especially nice, considering they make >$10/hour. However, I am a crispy fry sort of person, and their fries are too soggy and greasy for me. There are people who like this better, but not I. I would recommend getting 2 burgers and skip the fries, but that’s just me…Pros + Fast & CheapCons – When it rains, you’ll get wet 🙁

Out of the many options for Bahn Mí in Little Saigon, this one is particularly good. The sandwiches are made quickly on a fresh roll, a little mayonnaise, some onions, carrots and cilantro (I think) and the meat of your choice. The staff are friendly and helpful. They also offer bubble tea. They close around 7p, so it’s not the best choice for later-evening dining.Pros + easy parking, quick, friendlyCons – close early

Being that I am Vietnamese and love authentic home cooked Vietnamese food, Green Leaf hits the spot! There are your typical dishes, pho, rice dishes, chicken, and beef. However I highly recommend the Bahn Xeo (Bahn Sow). You can find it under the appetizer section of the menu. You can actually make a meal out of itThey describe it as a Vietnamese pancake, but crepe would be more accurate. It is a thin yellow crepe that has bean spouts and meat inside. You can get one or two! I suggest two if you are on the hungry side. It’s not a heavy meal, however makes horrible leftovers. The crepe has a very faint coconut taste to it. It’s not overpowering at all and even my bro in law (who hates coconut flavoring) loves this dish. When they bring it out, they also provide other sides (mint leaves, cilantro, lettuce, and 2 dipping sauces). Some don’t know how to eat this dish. It’s simple. You wrap a piece of lettuce around some Bahn Xeo, add some mint and cilantro, then dip! It’s a pretty mess
