Where are the Best Cheap Eats in Minneapolis, Minnesota?
i am a strict vegetarian and was extremely impressed with their service. most places cant make me pho coz they cant replace their beef/chicken stock, but these guys did and with a smile! they were very mindful of my needs. the food was so fresh and flavorful. the cabbage egg rolls were amazing, and their curry noodle salad so yum! we wanted to try the sandwiches that we had heard so much abt but they ran out of bread, so thats what we’ll have next time. we went around 7pm and they close at 8pm so its understandable to ran out of bread. they kept the place open past 8pm just to accomodate us. the staff is very friendly and kind. and the portions are geneous priced very reasonably.Pros + vegetarian friendlyCons – close early
I have been wanting to go here forever and never did, till last Saturday. Was there when it opened, which I’m glad I was because this place gets full quick. I had just a basic cheeseburger and OMG – it was amazing! I can’t wait to go back and try the garlic or pizza burger – YUMMY! And our server Katie was amazing and one of the best server’s I’ve ever had, or at least in a long time 🙂 I would recommend this to anyone. I can’t wait to go back!Pros + cheap and good food, great serviceCons – can get busy fast
So I used to eat here on a weekly basis….every Sunday night I would usually get the Sweet and Sour Chicken which is great or as the drunk girl sitting next to me one night said to the host ” It’s the whitest chicken I’ve ever seen.” I think they have good basics and their Iron Hot and Spicey Chicken is great, but be prepared to get a stomachache once and a while. I would say 1 out 4 meals here result in a stomach ache, but the food is so good, espeically in the late hours, that you just can’t help yourself. So dine in or take out, but beware of the evil tasty treats…..so good. Pros + Food, Open Late, TeaCons – Stomach Aches
