Where are the Best Cheap Eats in Indianapolis, Indiana?
the ribs are the reason we drive 38 miles one way to enjoy…they dont serve them everyday because of the price i assume..but coupled with a side of chicken and noodles and real mashed potatoes with white gravey.my wife and i have plenty to fill our taste..we will add some peach cobbler and take home for later….just like mom and granny..made..the fried chicken and skillet fried fish are excelent..also..i have NEVER had a bad meal at grays in the 30yrd Plus i’ve been going there..you want ribs ? check the menu on the web first.not available every dayPros + a+++++
I will never eat at Steak N Shake again. Their spaghetti sauce tastes like ketchup. It was not good at all. Also, ever time I have gone through the drive thru it takes forever!! They are the slowest drive thru I’ve ever been through. Only thing I would recommend is the fudge brownie al la mode. That’s actually pretty good!
I’ve not been to the south-side M&I’s, but the Castleton location is outstanding! Great food, great drinks (that’s more the bartender, though) and the servers are very good. All in all, a very good place to eat one of the best burgers in town!Pros + food, drinks, priceCons – decor (getting old), seating
