I’ve followed Mr. Boris around town since he was in Perry Hall but this man has been in business for well over 40 years starting in Russia. He can fix shoes that I didn’t know could be fixed and if you ask his opinion he’ll give it to you straight. I wouldn’t trust any one else with my shoes because he knows this field better than any one else. It looks like he’s cut his business down to one store and it’s in Lexington Market.
