Where are the Best Bartenders in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania?
The chips… were de-lish. Crispy on the outside,and melty soft on the inside.The fish was excellent too… closest thing to the local London Chippy!The side/dip sauce… could have a tad more fiest to it!But all in all… the Fish ‘n chips… were excellent!Downside… there was only one bottle of vinegar in the 2 floors of service area, and my chips had cooled off by the time the our waiting mate could locate it. Make sure you have them get the malt vinegar and worcestershire sauce upfront… before the food arrives… if you like your chips that way.Beers were great… Frambois on tap… yum!Cheers!Pros + Really good … Chips!
It was difficult to enjoy the meal after being treated so rudely by the hostess. We were running a bit late for a 6:30 reservation, and called to let them know, only to be told that no matter what, she needs the table for an 8:30 reservation and they will be seated at that time. She never broke a smile. Once seated, while discussing our obnoxious greeting, the waiter who overheard our conversation said “you’re still talking about that?”, as though we asked him…Food was mediocre at best, I’ve had much better in many other places. Dessert was downright poor, not one of the four of us had an interest in finishing what we ordered – highly unusual for this group. This place is a sports fan dream, they have a ton of nice big tv’s with evry gane that is on the day your there. The Male bartenders are rude, but the female servers and bartenders are cute and very nice. The food is terrible, unless your getting wings, the fries are good too, but dont try anty of the specialty items because they are over priced ill prepared, and down right gross and overly greesy and overpriced. They have an outstanding selction of bottled beers, overpriced for some but super cheap for others, I was there on a saturday and went to there upstairs bar where they had a dj, he was on of the best dj’s I’ve herad in a reguler bar, he played a excellent mix of hip hop, rock and oldies, and seemed too good for a nieighborhood bar, i alos heard rthe friday night dj is excellent too. The furniture upstairs was falling apart, and the bartender was very nice to me but was impatient with my girl and her friends when they had some questions for her she walked away from them, and
