Where are the Best Bartenders in Orlando, Florida?
Cleos Lounge is a pretty dope spot. Bartenders are awesome and the drinks are strong as SHx-!!! DJ’s are by far the best in town. They spin old school funk soul and hip hop. Definitely a local hang out. But what ever you do!! Do not ask them about the Meat Gazer!!!!Pros + music and drinksCons – parking is kind of a pain if your not familiar with downtown
Houston’s in Winter Park Florida has always been a favorite of mine. The food is great and the service is good most of the time. I usually order one of their tasty burgers and fries and on special occasions I’ll order some of their mouth-watering barbecued baby-back “fall of the bone” ribs. Some great appetizers to look for are the spinach artichoke dip and chips and the smoked salmon which comes with crackers and tartar sauce. The entrees and appetizers are pricey but it’s worth it. My only complaints is that it’s often very crowded and you have to wait a while to be seated. The service is usually good but once in a while your food takes longer then usual to get to you.In conclusion, Houston’s is a wonderful restaurant and is perfect for dates and other special occasions (such as birthdays).Pros + Great entrees and appetizersCons – Long waits on busy days, service is sometimes slow, often crowded and as a result it’s hard to find a place to park.
Amazing beer selection. Period. Perhaps not as many in sheer numbers as some other bars/ pubs (although they still probably have upwards of 2 or 3 dozen yummy, obscure, and beer aficionado standbys), but the choices on the menu are, on the whole, very well picked. They recently started offering a monthly local microbrew selection. Very relaxed, neighborhood bar atmosphere- which is perfect if you want an evening to meet a few friends, enjoy a variety of tasty imports at very reasonable prices all while avoiding the parking and frat/sorority denizens nightmare which can be downtown on any given evening. And, as a bonus, the bartenders/ servers are cool and actually seem to know and care about their beers, which is refreshing to say the least. I >think< the pool tables may even be free of charge, and theres darts as well. They also have a good menu of "drinking" snack/ comfort foods :)Pros + Beer selection, good prices, low key hangout, good (if perhaps a bit limited) service.Cons
I can’t understand why someone would open up a brand new, beautiful bar and not have any draft beer. It’s moronic! Are the owners trying to be annoying? I get that they are going for a more ‘upscale’, Mediterranean concept. But I’ve been to the Mediterranean, and about 100% of the bars have draft beer even if it’s just one tap of Nastra or Peroni. I’ve also been to plenty of four star restaraunts in New York, and they have draft beer too. Besides, how upscale can you be with six flat screens above the bar playing football. Otherwise this is a great looking bar. In all honesty though, if someone brought up going to this place I would suggest somewhere else. There is something special about that first sip of a cold refreshing pint of draft beer that you don’t get in a bottle.
