If you make a reservation in advance like I did, you won’t have trouble getting in. This is Crif Dogs after all. The atmosphere is nice… very loungey and chill. The music isn’t turned up too loud so you can carry a conversation. The only weird things about this place were: (1) there were stuffed dead animals on the walls as decoration and (2) the bartenders appear to be dressed like crab fishermen. The bartenders do take their grand ole time making drinks. We waited 10 – 15 mins for our drinks to arrive at our table. We were all disappointed with our “specialty” cocktails. While they weren’t terrible, there was nothing special about them at all. My friend ordered a drink with “orange bitters” … I didn’t realize that meant a sorry-looking orange peel thrown into a miniscule glass of gin. The bartenders do not know how to make a proper drink here. The waitress did not seem to have much knowledge of the drinks on the cocktail menu either. I would recommend going to Milk & Honey if you

So, I had been thinking about visiting this place for months. I read reviews. I’ve heard mixed reviews. I must say that I loved it! We started out with cocktails in their beautiful lounge and then had dinner in the dining room. We were seated and promptly approached. Our waitress was friendly and attentive throughout the meal. We found out that she had worked there for a few years, so assumed that she would be able to give some good suggestions. And our instincts were correct! Most of our group had steaks (the “Cowboy” ribeye was AMAZING) and one in our group was convinced to try the bacon chop (something we never would have thought about, but we all tried…and loved it!) The lobster mac and cheese was to die for! Our experience was incredible and will be back again!Pros + Service, food

Went on Friday night with 6 of my girlfriends. I’ve been hearing about this place for years, but had never been. My girlfriends and I range in age from 25 to 30, and I thought going here, I’d be hanging out with college kids all night. Not the case at all. Most of the people were career 9 to 5’ers like myself. The staff was absolutely amazing. The bouncer running the Beer Pong table was very nice and helpful. The music was amazing, they played everything from Jay-z to Sweet Caroline. The owners were especially nice and accomodating. Once I told the owner Brooks, it was our first time in the bar he had me and my friends all doing shots with him and the bartenders and dancing on the bar after that. He and the entire staff definitely made our night. Thanks Brooks and the entire Big Easy Staff.

This weekend I threw my friend a bachelorette party and we decided to have dinner at Employees Only. I was allowed to decorate the table (with inappropriately shaped confetti, natch) and the servers kept coming up to the table and admiring the gifts. They seemed as excited about the party as we were! They were kind and accommodating throughout the meal. Speaking of the meal, it was delicious, and complemented well by the yummy cocktails. They were a bit pricy, I’m not going to lie, and we all ended up spending more than we wanted to, but I think it was worth it for the special time we had. I almost forgot, they have a psychic who does palm and tarot readings… she was so, so, but it was a fun treat anyway. Great spot for bachelorette parties!Pros + Friendly staff, yummy food and drink, atmosphereCons – Pricy, so so psychic
