Where are the ambulances stationed?
Two ambulances serve southwest Adams County, including Quincy; they are stationed at 16th and Vermont in Quincy. The ambulance stationed at the Liberty Fire Station serves southeast Adams County, northeast Adams County is served by the unit stationed in Camp Point while Mendon is home to the ambulance and crew that serves northwest Adams County. In the event the ambulance in your area is already assigned to an emergency the next closest ambulance will be dispatched along with first responders.
