SOAH hearings are held at the Clements Building located at 300 West 15th Street in downtown Austin, Texas. The building is located on the northwest corner of 15th Street and Lavaca Street. The hearing rooms are on the fourth floor. The daily hearing schedule is posted in front of Suite 408. If you are unable to come to Austin for a hearing, SOAH procedural rules permit you to file a motion appear by telephone or by videoconference. 1 Tex. Admin. Code § 155.45. You may also file motions for a witness to appear by telephone or by videoconference.
