State Tax Liens are filed in the office of the County Clerk. Many counties receive these filings electronically and no actual copies are available. In those counties, we obtain copies of the computer print out. Federal Tax Liens are filed in the office of the County Recorder. At the present time copies are available of Federal Tax Liens in all counties.
