Where are some of the new hobby lobby stores going to be?
Hobby Lobby, an arts and crafts store, will open a new store in Consumer Square in Big Flats later this month. The 47,000 square-foot facility will be Hobby Lobby’s fourth store in New York. Lynn Bostelman will be the store manager. It will employ 30 to 50 full and part-time employees. The store is scheduled to open on June 22. Hobby Lobby will offer crafts, hobbies, picture framing, jewelry making, fashion fabrics, floral, scrapbooking, cards and party, baskets, wearable art, home accents, holiday supplies and more, according to a press release. Store hours will be 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Saturday. The store is closed on Sundays. Online: www.hobbylobby.com.
