All real estate execution sales are conducted at our Public Safety Office located at 172 Co Hwy 33W, Cooperstown, NY. Personal property sales (cars, equipment, machinery, etc.), are conducted at the site where the property is actually located. So, for example, if we levy on a pickup truck and it is towed & stored at our impound area at 172 Co Hwy 33W, Cooperstown, NY, and the sale will be held there.
