These are filed by the tax assessor parcel number. The phone number for the El Cajon office is (619) 441-4030. The phone number for the San Marcos office is (760) 471-0730. Currently the Land and Water Quality Division is in the process of converting these paper documents into electronic records that will ultimately accessible from any DEH office location.
