Offers are delivered to two locations: • The Visa Mobile application on your mobile phone • Your mobile phone’s default SMS inbox The reason for this is that current Visa Mobile functionality does not support a notification mechanism (i.e., sound or vibration) when the mobile phone receives a Visa Mobile offer. When the duplicate SMS message is sent to the mobile phone’s default SMS inbox, your mobile phone’s notification mechanism responds. Depending on your mobile phone plan, you may be charged for the offer messages sent to the mobile phone’s default SMS inbox.
