Where are my seats located in the Kennedy Center Opera House?
CLICK HERE to view an online seating chart. Can I exchange my tickets? Tickets may be exchanged for another performance of the same opera, subject to availability. A $5 per ticket handling fee applies for subscription ticket exchanges, and a $10 per ticket handling fee applies to individual ticket exchanges (there are no fees for in person transactions). Audience Services must receive tickets by mail or in person at least two days before the first performance involved in the exchange. You may also fax a photocopy or email a scan of the tickets cut lengthwise. Exchanged tickets will be mailed to your address, until ten days before the performance date. Otherwise, tickets can be picked up at the WNO Concierge Desk on the day of the performance, beginning 90 minutes before curtain. If you are unable to use your tickets, you may donate them back to the Opera for a full tax deduction.
