Permanent manufactured homes are permitted in the A zoning district. Temporary manufactured homes may be permitted, for an approval period of up to seven years, as follows: 1) by special exception in the A zoning district; and 2) by manufactured home permit in the R-7 zoning district, subject to approval by the Board of Supervisors.
