On the Resource panel. Macros and plugins used to be accessible from the Tools menu. Now they are all listed on the Resource panel. If the Resource panel is not visible, press F9 (or use the “Resource Panel” command under the “View” menu) to display it. Click the “Macros” or “Plugins” tab, and you’ll find them there.
