They are located in Cineca’s computer room. To know more about Cineca’s security policies you can go to their web site or read more in our “Hypernet validation chapter”. Our 3 servers “Athos,”, “Porthos” and “Aramis”, (which take their names from the well known Dumas’ three musketeers) are based on industrial standards such as IBM’s operating system Aix.
