A current listing of Medicare Certified Rural Health Clinics by state and county can be found at the CMS Rural Health Center Website. You can also view the interactive map of rural health clinics from the Center for Applied Research and Environmental Systems (CARES) to see locations of current Rural Health Clinics. You may also contact the state agency responsible for certifying RHCs to request the names of RHCs in your area. Typically, clinic staff are willing to assist new start-ups as long as the new clinic is not in competition for clients.
