Where are error reports specified in the IMA of the KODAK PROFESSIONAL Digital Print Production (DP2) Software?
The IMA component of the KODAK PROFESSIONAL Digital Print Production Software reports errors to the Session Log. The component referred to as the HOP (Hard copy OutPut) cannot report errors through the IMA. • What information does the Rochester support group need to toubleshoot IMA/HOP errors? The minimum files needed for troubleshooting are: • Session logs since the problem began, identified by date, • Application event logs • System event logs The Session logs are in the Session Logs folder. To view event logs for both the Application and the System: • Start > Programs > Administrative Tools (Common) > Event Viewer. • Select System under the Log menu. • Select Save As to save the text file. • Select Application under the top level Log menu. • Select Save As to save the text file.
