Where are Elsie Wright and Frances Griffiths, the girls behind the Cottingley Fairies hoax buried?
Let me tell u the story.in 1917, cousins Elsie Wright and Frances Griffiths were fond of playing outside in the village of Cottonley,England.one location in particular had everything Elsie and Frances could want in a meeting place, including sunlight, and a tiny waterfall, and according to them, flying pixes and danceing gnomes! One day in July, the girls decided to bring back proof.Elsie showed her father a photoghraph that she said she had taken near the waterfall.featuring Fances and 4 tiny, jubilant winged figures that looked excacly like faerie folk.the images might still not matter today if they had been deemed hoaxes, but suprisingly they were’nt.
