Donations will occur at specific plasma-donation centers contracted by Cangene Corporation for this project. These centers are licensed by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and are known technically as plasmapheresis centers. The specific centers for this project are near military bases which have large numbers of anthrax-vaccinated service members.
