Files created by the backup function of the Utilities menu are saved in folder “C:\Program Files\ezBeans\ezBeansPLv1\Backups” with the date and time added to the end of the backup file name. You should copy backup files from this location to a CD or a flash drive for secure storage. Older backups can be deleted from this location to save disk space.
