The Town s Animal Care & Control division takes the animals they pick up to the Yucca Valley Animal Shelter, located in Yucca Valley. However, be sure to check all of the animal shelters in the Morongo Basin area because sometimes citizens find animals in Yucca Valley but end up taking them to one of the other shelters.
