Where are alligators located?
Alligators are only native to the United States and China. They can be found the southeast United States. All over Florida and Louisiana. They can also be found in southern parts of Georgia, Mississippi and Alabama. In the coastal areas of South and North Carolina, Eastern Texas, the southeast corner of Oklahoma and the southern tip of Arkansas. The Chinese alligator can only be found in the Yangtze River valley and is extremely endangered. It is believed that only a few are left in the wild. In fact, more Chinese alligators are actually found in zoos than in the wild.
