Where are all the Oldies Music Stations?
Have you noticed that the number and/or quality of oldies stations on terrestrial radio has declined? I sure have. Subscribing to satellite radio is an option but I get tired of the monthly fee. Now, just like free online TV programming, online radio has come to our rescue. You may have already discovered this but in case you are new to the online listening club, here are a few of my favorite Internet radio channels for oldies music: Pandora – So far, this is by far the best listening option for oldies music fans. You can design your own listening station by telling the Pandora service what you like to listen to – songs, artists, genre or all of the above. As you listen to different songs, you can give it a thumbs up or thumbs down so that Pandora will learn your likes and dislikes. The selection of available oldies artists is comprehensive.
