Where are adopted rules and public hearing notices officially published?
Rules and Regulations adopted by the Board of Health are published in The Code of Colorado Regulations (CCR), the official publication of all the administrative regulations of the executive departments and agencies of the State of Colorado. A companion publication, The Colorado Register, is published monthly throughout the year and contains copies of all new or modified regulations and the Attorney General Opinions thereon, and copies of notices of all proposed rule-making. The CCR is compiled, edited and published by the Public Record Corporation, pursuant to an agreement with the Secretary of State of Colorado. These publications are available at designated public libraries throughout the state and at the Department of Public Health and Environment Information Center. Rules and regulations (unofficial copies) can also be accessed on the Department of Public Health and Environment’s regulations web page .
