The second year of this annual festival will be held on Saturday, May 9th from 11am to 6pm, rain or shine. The event is FREE to the public. The Naturalization Ceremony will be held at 11am, and the festival hours are from Noon – 6pm. Breaking away from the tradition of hosting most Celebrate Frederick events in and around downtown Frederick, Pangaea Frederick will be held on the western end of Frederick in the Westridge Square Shopping Center parking lot, between Burlington Coat Factory and Outback Steakhouse, on Route 40 West (the Golden Mile), 1053 West Patrick Street.
