Where and when does the York AS meet?

0

We meet in the Denham room of the Priory Street Centre, Priory Street, York, on the 1st and 3rd Fridays of each month (Except August due to holiday season). The Railway station is 5 minutes walk away, the nearest public car park is Nunnery Lane, and we start promptly at 8pm, although most people come earlier for a chat, etc. Entry is £1 for members, and £2 for non members, with all 16s and under free. We also meet up for regular observing sessions at the YAS observatory, and hold public star parties on the Knavesmire and at location all around the Yorkshire area. See the “meetings and events” page for more details.
