Where and how will WBL teams find their boxers?

There are many thousands of boxers in North America scraping by financially and looking for work. All but about the top five to ten in each weight class would be extremely excited about signing with a WBL team. Once the formation of the WBL and the sale of the teams is publicized, the word will spread extremely rapidly, and we believe teams will be flooded with applications to come to tryouts. In addition, there are numerous sources for finding boxers and detailed information about them. In short, finding boxers will not be a problem. Teams will have the luxury of choosing among several very talented boxers in each weight class.
